Questions
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don't offer payment by invoice.
Is the price per user?
No. One subscription covers your LawVu organization, and any LawVu organization admin in it can sign in at no extra cost.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, in the billing portal. A switch to annual takes effect straight away, with a credit for the unused part of your month. A switch to monthly takes effect at the end of your paid year.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no refunds for part of a period.
Will I be reminded before an annual plan renews?
Yes. We email you at least 30 days before an annual subscription renews.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes. If your organization is tax-exempt, send your exemption certificate to support@lvappsuite.com.
What do I need to get started?
A LawVu organization admin signs up, pays by card and connects your LawVu organization, which takes about five minutes. The Connect LawVu guide walks through it.
